Anik Bhaduri is the Executive Officer of the Global Water System Project (GWSP), one of the organizing institutions of the Summer Water Academy. With a background in natural resource economics, he has specialized in water resource management. As the Executive Officer of GWSP, he will be co-hosting the Academy together with Jan Leentvaar from UNESCO-IHE.
Jan Leentvaar will be moderating the Summer Water Academy. He is Professor of Water and Environmental Policy Making at UNESCO-IHE, seconded by the Netherlands Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment. From 2008-2010 he was Senior Advisor at UN-Water Decade Programme on Capacity Development in Bonn, seconded by the Dutch government. Jan has served the Netherlands Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management since 1988 in his last position as Director Chief Inspector of the Water Management Inspectorate and Advisor of the Minister.
Sina Marx, Anna Schürkmannand Talin Holtermann from the GWSP International Project Office will be helping with all organizational issues and are always ready to answer your questions concerning Academy programme and logistics.
